These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by ZAVQORA, unless a signed proposal or agreement states otherwise. Where a project agreement exists, it takes priority.

Use of this website

The content of this website is for general information about our services. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse its design, text or graphics without our written permission.

Proposals and quotes

Each project is quoted individually. A proposal describes the agreed scope, timeline, deliverables and payment schedule. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Payments

Payments are made according to the milestone schedule in your proposal. Work may pause if a milestone payment is overdue.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing content, feedback and approvals in reasonable time, and for confirming that any materials you supply (logos, text, images) can legally be used.

Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website design and content created for you. Third-party software, plugins, fonts and licensed assets remain subject to their own licences.

Portfolio use

Unless agreed otherwise, we may show completed work in our portfolio. Confidential information is never shared.

Support and maintenance

Post-launch support covers the period stated in your proposal. Ongoing maintenance is available as a separate service.

Limitation of liability

We take great care in our work, but we are not liable for indirect losses, or for issues caused by hosting providers, third-party services or changes made to the website by others.
