How do I start a project with ZAVQORA?
Send us a project inquiry through the contact page or WhatsApp. We will ask a few questions about your business and goals, then suggest the right approach and prepare a quote.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first conversation is about understanding your business and what you need. There is no obligation to proceed.
Do you work with clients outside Bangladesh?
Yes. We work with clients locally and internationally, communicating online by email, video call and messaging.
Pricing & payments
Why don’t you show fixed prices?
Every business needs something slightly different. A quote based on your actual requirements is more honest than a fixed price that later changes.
How are payments structured?
Projects are usually split into milestone payments. The exact schedule is agreed in your proposal before work begins.
Projects & delivery
How long does a website take?
It depends on size and features. A small business website is usually a matter of weeks; larger or custom projects are scheduled in phases. You will get a timeline with your proposal.
What do you need from me?
Your logo and brand materials, information about your services, and any content or images you already have. We will guide you on anything missing.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. We build on WordPress with a clean admin experience and show you how to manage your content after launch.
Will my website work on mobile?
Every website is designed mobile-first and tested on phones, tablets and desktops.
After launch
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Every package includes a post-launch support period, and ongoing maintenance plans are available afterwards.
Can you take over an existing website?
Usually, yes. We start with a review of the current site, then recommend maintenance, improvements or a redesign.
